She was very flexible with us when setting up our initial appointment time...and even more flexible when we had to reschedule. The actual photo session was great! She made it fun for our kids and was able to use her talent to capture their personalities in their expressions on the pix. They would go to another photo session with Pam in a heartbeat! (Not our usual experience with getting professional pix taken!!!) When we were able to view our proofs on line, my husband's first comment was "These are the best pictures we have ever had!" Pam did a wonderful job with choosing backgrounds, the actual photography, and editing our pictures.
